DIO Tech - The door is open!
This is a new service.
Our door is open to those seeking effective solutions in Digital Accessibility.
What the door represents
At the center of our logo, a door is opening. Beams of light emanate from it.
It is the light of knowledge through access to information. This is the true enlightenment that only Communication promotes. In our design, this light crosses borders and bathes all humanity at our door (which is always open).
How it works: "a11y" is the technical abbreviation for the word "accessibility". The number 11 represents the exact amount of letters between the first letter "A" and the last letter "Y". In practice and in software development, "a11y" refers to the design and programming practices that ensure websites, applications, and technologies are usable by all people, including those with visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive disabilities.
And full access to information is a right facilitated by DIO Tech.
"DOOR IS OPEN" means exactly that.
This is Multimodal Accessibility: multiple forms of interaction and perception so that anyone, with or without a disability, can use a platform.
Come! Experience it! Illuminate!
Services
At DIO Tech, we transform digital and in-person environments into truly inclusive spaces. We combine technical knowledge, social sensitivity, and legal compliance to ensure your company reaches the entirety of its audience, breaking down barriers and generating real value for your business.
Digital Accessibility
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), over 1.3 billion people worldwide (about 16% of the global population) live with some form of disability. Globally, the purchasing power of this demographic and their support networks is estimated by the World Economic Forum to be over $13 trillion. Ignoring digital accessibility means closing the doors to a massive segment of the consumer market that purchases online daily. We adapt websites, applications, and software to international standards (WCAG) and the Brazilian Inclusion Law, making your platforms fully navigable for screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other assistive technologies.
Event Accessibility
Whether in-person, hybrid, or 100% online, your event needs to welcome everyone without distinction. People with disabilities represent an active consumer market seeking autonomy to participate in conferences, shows, and trade fairs. We offer comprehensive support in event planning and execution: from physical space adaptation and tactile signage to broadcasts featuring sign language interpretation, audio description, and real-time captioning. We ensure your brand promotes inclusive, ethical, and unforgettable experiences, capturing the loyalty of a highly engaged audience.
Lectures and Training
True inclusion begins with organizational culture. Many individuals still face attitudinal barriers in the corporate environment and in customer service. By integrating accessibility into the company's DNA, businesses not only meet legal requirements but also increase talent retention and innovation potential. Our lectures, workshops, and training sessions empower product, HR, design, development, and leadership teams. We develop diversity literacy, dismantle ableism, and teach the practical mastery of Universal Design, preparing your company to build accessible solutions naturally and continuously.
Game Accessibility
Games are powerful tools for social inclusion, leisure, and coexistence that directly complement other fundamental pillars, such as education and work. This approach covers both the universe of video games and board games. Globally, the community of players with disabilities drives a significant share of the digital and analog entertainment market, seeking options that respect their needs. However, many titles still impose physical, visual, or cognitive barriers. Our consultancy supports studios, publishers, and developers in applying inclusive design — whether by creating tactile elements, proper contrast, and accessible manuals for board games, or implementing control remapping, customized subtitles, audio description, and colorblind modes in digital games. This ensures anyone can play with autonomy, expanding your project's target audience, revenue, and social impact.

Digital Accessibility Policy and Statute
1. Vision and Commitment
We believe technology should be an agent of autonomy and inclusion. We make a public commitment to offer an equivalent, fluid, and independent digital experience on our platforms, guided by the principles of Universal Design to serve all people, regardless of their physical or sensory capabilities, or the devices used.
2. Technical Compliance Guidelines
Our digital environments (web and mobile applications) are developed in compliance with major national and international standards:
- ABNT NBR 17225: Accessibility requirements for web content and applications.
- ABNT NBR 17060: Technical parameters for mobile applications (Android and iOS).
- WCAG 2.2 (Level AA): International guidelines based on the pillars: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust.
- Brazilian Inclusion Law (Law No. 13.146/2015 - Art. 63): Guaranteeing the right of access to information and services on the internet.
3. Inclusive Engineering Culture (Shift Left)
We incorporate accessibility from the early stages of product creation:
- Design and UX: Prototypes planned with appropriate contrast, magnification support, and visible focus.
- Development and QA: Application of static code analysis, automated tests, and validations with screen readers on real devices.
- CMS and Content: Rules to ensure alternative texts for images and prevent essential text from being embedded within artwork files.
4. Continuous Improvement and Contact
The pursuit of accessibility is a continuous process. We conduct periodic audits to identify and fix any navigation barriers with priority in our engineering workflow.
If you encounter any access difficulties on our website or app, please send a message directly through the Contact Form on our site. We will review your report to implement the necessary improvements.
